Curator: Rafaël Rozendaal

Rafaël Rozendaal is a Dutch-Brazilian visual artist. He projects simple images from the website in a real life physical space to attract human emotions and experiences. He experiment with diffuse surfaces like bird sand, ribbons and balloons, which invites visitors to wander around in a softer, more agile image. The only light sources of the sites came from the projections, which are fragmented impressions of an online world. The work more than ever an immersive visual experience.

The shadow leaves a trace of the human's presence. The ribbons place intertwine in different height, creating a dynamic view range for visitors. The ribbons also act as a projection medium, allowing projected images to appear forwards and backwards, and hiding visitors' body at the same time.
